Booking conditions

Reservation

All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card number and its expiration date, on which we will charge 40% of the total stay as a deposit.

We accept VISA / MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS

Cancellation

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

For cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained. In case of a no-show or an early departure, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

Early Departure

If a stay is interrupted without notice less than 48 hours before the new desired departure date, the full initial stay will be charged as compensation, up to a maximum of 3 nights.

Check-in

Rooms are available from 3:30 PM. Please notify us in case of late arrival; reservations are held until 8:00 PM only.

Check-out

Please vacate your room by 12:00 PM. Any room occupied after this time will be charged.
Any consumption (minibar, etc.) not reported at check-out will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee.

Smoking Policy

In accordance with French law, the entire establishment is non-smoking, except on outdoor terraces.

Legal

Any dispute or claim relating to these general booking and cancellation conditions shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
